The team of HR Services S.A. consists only of experienced HR specialists holding a university degree or having an additional education in HR management, coaching, organisational psychology and/or a sound experience in HR in Luxembourg and abroad (in and outside Luxembourg).

Diane RIES
Founder and Managing Director

Diane Ries started her professional career in a bank and worked for nearly ten years as an HR Director mainly in an international insurance company and a Big 4 audit company before starting her career as an HR consultant. She decided to create her own firm in 2000: HR Services S.A.. Diane Ries carries out HR consulting assignments, but she also works as a trainer and coach. She conducts Assessment Centres and manages all HR research projects. Her working languages are Luxembourgish, French, English and German.
She holds a “DESS” in translation from ESIT, Paris and a “DESS” in Human Resources Management from the University of Lille 1. Diane Ries was a teacher for several years at the DESS HRM at the University of Lille.

 

 

Habiba BOUZLEMT
Partner

Habiba Bouzlemt started her career as recruitment consultant in a Luxembourg interim agency. After this first experience, she oriented herself towards Human Resources within a Luxembourg IT company where she occupied the function of Personnel and Office Manager. In 2001 she joined HR Services S.A. as an HR consultant. She was appointed a Partner in 2005. Habiba Bouzlemt specialises particularly in outsourcing assignments but she also works as a trainer and outplacement coach and runs Assessment Centres. She works in French and English and has a good knowledge of Luxembourgish.
Habiba Bouzlemt holds a “DESS” in Company Administration from the University of Metz and a Master’s in Foreign Language Application (major in translation).

 

Gerd HERRMANN
Partner

Gerd Herrmann started his professional career in the banking sector in Germany. After a long track record in different banks in Luxembourg and Monaco, particularly as HR Director and as COO, he was one of the first partners of HR Services S.A. In 2001, Gerd Herrmann decided to leave the sunny shores of the south of France to return to Luxembourg and to join the team of HR Services S.A. as an HR consultant. Gerd Herrmann carries out outsourcing assignments and acts as a trainer, outplacement coach and assessor in Assessment Centres. His working languages are Luxembourgish, German, French and English.

 

 

 

Mareike BÖNIGK (PhD)
Partner

Mareike Bönigk (PhD) started her career as a psychologist in the HR Management in Germany. She worked as HR Manager for various well known companies and helped to establish an IT-Start-up. Since 2004 she has been working as a consultant, trainer and independent coach and joined the team of HR Services S.A. in 2006.

Dr. Bönigk is certified in systemic counselling (DGSF). Her scientific interest focuses on the role of employee emotions and behaviour during organisational change. Further on, she is lecturer in the field of work psychology at the University of Luxembourg.

Dr. Bönigk works mainly as a coach and trainer in Luxembourgish, German and English, but also in French.

 

 

Rita KNOTT
Executive Coach

As a senior level executive in the Luxembourg Financial Sector where she worked for over 25 years, and with a diploma from the University of Frankfurt in supervision and coaching, Rita Knott decided in 2008 to change her profession and to focus on executive and team coaching in various sectors. She joined HR Services S.A in 2009 and holds individual or team coaching sessions in Luxembourgish, German, French and English.
Rita Knott is also a guest teacher at the University of Luxembourg.

 

 

 

Gertraud OGIERMANN
Partner

Gertraud Ogiermann began her professional career in Human Resources in Germany in a renowned mechanical construction company. After a position as HR Manager in a large telecommunications company, she worked for four years as an HR consultant at the German-South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry, mainly in the field of recruitment and succession management. She has been working in Luxembourg since 1999 mainly in the field of outsourcing of Human Resources and Assessment and Development Centres. She has been a member of the HR Services S.A. team since 2004. Since 2009 she has also worked as a guest teacher at the Saar University (HTW) and is in charge of the course Human Resources Management („Personalmanagement“).
She has a Diploma in Economic and Social Sciences (major in Labour Law and social politics). Gertraud Ogiermann works mainly in English, German and French and has a good knowledge of Luxembourgish.

 

 

 

Sandra VALLIER
Consultant

Sandra Vallier has a Master’s degree in psychology “Evaluation and Assessment” from the University of Luxembourg and started her professional career with HR Services S.A: in 2008. She specialises in the assessment of candidates and plays an active part in the development of new assessment tools.
