Selection and Testing

HR Services S.A. possesses a sound experience in the organisation and administration of Assessment and Development Centres. The consultants of HR Services S.A., who are qualified in the methodology of running an Assessment Centre and the use of psychotechnical tests, have been able to assess over a hundred candidates per year for various companies and administrations. The wide range of tests used include personality questionnaires, ability tests, language tests, In-Trays, and role-plays.


HR Services S.A. has, since 2008, developed simil-e®, an electronic In-Tray (" e-Tray ").

simil-e® is an electronic tool allowing the simulation of a realistic work environment of the 21st century (e-mails, electronic agendas, contacts, various electronic files, ...). This extremely innovative tool allows a precise evaluation of the generic competencies of the candidates like analytical and synthesising skills, time and priority management, organisation, decision making, problem solving, interaction with others, communication, delegation, etc.

The consultants of HR Services S.A. have developed and continue to develop, in cooperation with the University of Luxembourg, exercises tailored for candidates of different sectors and levels of experiences. All basic exercises are available in three languages (French, English and German) and in a combination of two or three of these languages.

If requested by a client, tailor-made exercises for the specific needs of this client may be created. Candidates may be evaluated on the client's premises for the purpose of recruitment or internal promotion.

HR Services S.A. is licensed as a private research institute by the Ministry of Economy and External Commerce.
